1. Service Agreement

Floor Wizard Carpet Cleaning agrees to provide carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning services as requested by the customer. The customer agrees to pay for these services in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided upfront based on the scope of work discussed. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and electronic payment platforms.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of £40

Customers may reschedule appointments without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure access to the property at the agreed-upon time.

Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.

Disclose any pre-existing stains, damage, or concerns prior to the start of service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Floor Wizard Carpet Cleaning strives for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours to address your concerns.

We will attempt to rectify the issue, including re-cleaning the area if deemed necessary.

6. Limitations of Liability

Floor Wizard Carpet Cleaning is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, color fading, or shrinkage due to prior cleaning or improper carpet/upholstery care.

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Health and Safety

All cleaning solutions used are industry-approved and safe. However, customers should notify us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance.

Ensure that pets and children are kept away from the cleaning area during the service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or severe weather.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for service provision and payment processing. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
